If you live within easy reach of Sidcup and you have a background in administration, this is a great opportunity for you! The role is full time, on a permanent basis and you will be met with a salary between £20,000 - £25,000 p.a. depending on experience and hours worked (flexible hours considered).

The role
As Service Administrator you will work unsupervised much of the time carrying out the following duties:
• Invoicing – reactive/minor works & maintenance.
• Entering data on to the service software.
• Logging and arranging breakdowns for engineers to attend.
• Adding new accounts onto the service software system.
• Creating reports.
• Chasing works from subcontractors.
• Scheduling works/maintenance with management companies.
• Using online portals to liaise with customers regarding jobs.
• Uploading worksheets onto an online portal.
• General administration duties – telephone, scanning etc.

What you’ll need
• A minimum of 5 years experience covering all aspects of office administration and be able to demonstrate your understanding of office admin with the ability to adapt quickly to new office procedures.
• Formal qualifications which support your office administration experience.
• Highly competent in the use of both standard and bespoke software packages.
• Have an excellent telephone manner.
• Have good organisational skills.
• Familiarity with the lift industry an advantage but not essential.

Our client has been supplying lift engineering services since 1990 and is a medium sized privately owned company offering all aspects of lift engineering including maintenance, installation, modernisation, repair, 24 hour emergency call out facility and other lift related services. They have a vacancy in their Sidcup office, which covers London and the South East region and wish to recruit an experienced administrator.
