Must have motor trade experience

 

We are one of the U.K's leading Automotive Parts Distributors with a total of 14 strategically located Distribution Centres & 4 Call Centres and we are searching for a call centre manager to work within our busy Southampton Call Centre reporting to the Regional Director.

You will be responsible for the daily running and management of the centre through the effective use of our resources and will have responsibility for meeting our customer service targets and sales targets as well as planning areas of improvement and development ensuring that calls are answered by staff within agreed timescales and in an appropriate manner.

The call centre manager will liaise with customers, our distribution centres, suppliers and must motivate their call centre staff, ensuring that all company rules are adhered to at all times.
