Sovereign is a customer focused and ambitious organisation. Having trebled in size over the past four years, we are now actively looking to grow our current commercial market rent property portfolio to a 1000 units in the next 2 years.

We currently require an experienced Voids and Lettings Negotiator to join our established commercial market rent team to deliver a proactive and residential responsive letting service to our customers. The focus of the Voids and Lettings role is to provide an effective letting and void management services across a dispersed operational area covering the South West and South East, ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered.

Responsibilities will include pre-void and post-void management, identifying and attending to viewings and tenancy sign ups, addressing hard to let properties and lead on the marketing and advertising of available properties - working collaboratively within the team and across the business to meet KPI's and performance standards.

We're looking for candidates who are experienced in a lettings field within the commercial and residential sectors & possess an in depth knowledge of the lettings & void management process. You will be able to structure and manage your own workload and be an influential, personable, diplomatic, and confident individual, who can work within legislation and regulatory requirements this fantastic job will give you the opportunity to compliment your current skill set, whilst also ensuring you're part of Sovereigns continuing core business ethos.

Due to the travel requirements of this role a full driving license and access to your own transport is essential. Flexibility is necessary; as some evening and weekend work may occasionally be required.
