In this exciting SEN Teaching Assistant position the right applicant will have great communication skills and a positive approach to challenging circumstances. You will make the most of CPD opportunities in order to ensure your SEN knowledge continues to progress. You will have the responsibility of mentoring students with emotional and behavioural difficulties in small groups or 1-2-1, showing initiative at all times whilst maintaining a positive role model image.
