Contract - Systems & Tools SAS Programmer role

Aerotek are currently looking for SAS programmers that are interested in a new and different role I am currently working on.

Client: Big Pharma

Role: Contract SAS (ADAM & STDM) Programmer

Project: De-Identification SAS Programming

The purpose of de-identifying data is to allow the data to be shared with other providers and academic institutions to assist in lower cost of research for the entire community. The need for this has also been shown when an independent review of study results are required if there is a possibility of the results being misinterpreted or misrepresented.

This would require the removal or identifiers such as the names(if any are used) geographical location when smaller than a state or a province, birth date(age can be acceptable depending on country of submission) and medically identifying dates such as admission to hospital, treatments received or date of death.
