Responsibilities / Duties;
- Assisting with the overall implementation of the Environmental, Health and Safety Framework
- Lead an Environmental Management and Compliance Program, and chemical management programme
- Manage waste, wastewater compliance, effluent treatment plant, PPC permit
- Develop EHS policies and procedures
- Site inspections
- Management and employee EH&S responsibilities and performance measures
- Accident Investigations
- Coordinate EHS safety programmes
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have:
- Degree in Environmental Management or equivalent
- Previous experience in an EHS role with Environmental bias and/or experience supervising/leading teams
- Recognised health and safety qualification such as NEBOSH Diploma (Parts 1 & 2)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and IT skills.
