1st/2nd Line Support Engineer - Mac/Windows
We are currently recruiting for a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer for a permanent position at a London based managed service provider for GBP25,000-GBP28,000 per year.
You will be responsible for resolving technical issues promptly, as well as the implementation and administration of new and existing services and applications to multiple environments including Mac and Windows.
You must have experience with:
- Microsoft Windows platforms
- Apple Technologies - both Mac OSC and iOS
- Microsoft Exchange
- Networking - Routers, Firewalls and Switches
