Customer Service Call Centre Advisor
Salford, Manchester (M3)
£15,000 pa, OTE £19,000 uncapped + benefits

Our Client seeks an experienced Call Centre professional to join their Inbound Contact Centre in Salford, Manchester (M3).

This role will involve handling customers enquiries in relation to booking their vehicle for a service appointment or MOT.

Applicants should be committed to providing excellent customer service and have a friendly and approachable attitude towards customers and colleagues. You should also have the drive and self-motivation to work towards and meet monthly targets, using your persuasive skills to commit customers to attend their dealership appointments.

Previous call centre customer service experience is desirable. Full training will be provided though you should be open and enthusiastic to learning new skills and how to use a number of in-house computer systems.

Details of the role include:

  • Arranging service and MOT appointments for existing customers' vehicles at their local Dealership from inbound and follow-up calls.
  • Handling customer service calls


Package includes:

  • £15,000 pa basic salary
  • Uncapped Bonus Scheme (OTE up to or in excess of £19,000 pa)

Within the basic salary, our Client provides a £5k pa top-up for weekend work. In addition our Client provides the following fringe benefits: 24 days holiday per year, Pension, Child Care Voucher Scheme, Subsidised Car following a qualifying period, and Employee Benefit & Discount Scheme.


Full-time Working Hours

Alternating working week:

  • Monday to Friday, 5 days; and
  • 4.5 weekdays plus half-day Saturday

Staggered shifts are on rota, involving work between the hours of:

  • 8am and 7pm (Monday to Friday)
  • 9am-1pm on Saturdays (usually 2 Saturdays per month)

Shifts are set up to 4 weeks in advance
