Personal Injury Fee Earner

Due to ongoing success our client, a well-respected and expanding legal firm is looking to recruit an experienced, proactive and dedicated RTA Fee Earner to complement their growing team. Reporting to the Practice Manager, key responsibilities will include;

• Managing a varied, complex case load of pre and post litigated Personal Injury files with minimal supervision, while reporting to Senior Partners and Heads of Department
• Handling all aspects of portal road traffic claims with the goal of keeping files profitable for the firm whilst maintaining a high level of client care
• Valuating medical reports
• Calculating loss of earnings
• Negotiating with third party insurers
• Generating bills
• Becoming a key part of the Personal Injury team

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 12 months experience within Personal Injury as a Fee Earner or a Paralegal with responsibility for your own caseload. Credit hire experience is also advantageous. In addition you will possess excellent researching / interpersonal skills and a high attention to detail.
