Senior ICT Technician (Infrastructure)

We are seeking an experienced technician to join our team, working across both sites to provide support and advice in respect of hardware, software and networking.  You will be required to diagnose and resolve issues, ensure the smooth running of the ICT service desk, and support the Network Manager in procuring, installing and configuring new systems as and when required.  The role will involve shared supervision of other staff.

To be successful, you will:
•    have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft-based applications and operating systems;
•    working knowledge of local and wide area network devices and tools;
•    experience installing and maintaining MS Windows networks, operating systems and associated hardware/software;
•    have developed interpersonal skills in order to respond to customer needs effectively and professionally;
•    ideally be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
