We are looking for an Email Marketing Manger to implement and manage all of our email marketing campaigns. You'll put your talents to work on both demand generation and client retention.

Our client is an innovative financial advisory firm operating across the insurance, pensions and investment sectors.

Being relatively small, the firm is extremely innovative and places a huge emphasis on empowering its staff to take ownership of their role and make a real difference.

Having doubled in size in each of the last three years the company has ambitious growth plans and this role represents a key pillar in their new digital marketing team.

Email Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement new email campaigns
- Set- up event based triggered and automated emails
- Deploy email campaigns via an external platform
- A/B test to maximise email performance
- Produce reports on key metrics for campaigns
- Design and build email templates
- Ensure emails are engaging and compelling
- Assisting with copywriting where necessary
- Assisting with webpage creation where necessary
- Scope to expand role into social media

Email Marketing Manager Key Skills:

- At least 2/3 years of email marketing experience
- Experience delivering triggered email campaigns
- Experience using Marketing Automation platforms
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Working knowledge of Photoshop
- Good copywriting ability
- Financial sector experience an advantage

The role comes with a salary of GBP25,000 to GBP35,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive 23 days per annum of paid holiday plus bank holidays and an extra day for your birthday. Office hours are 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, and you will be based in their prestigious offices close to St Paul's in the City of London. The office has a discounted canteen and onsite showers.
