Our client is the largest supplier of janitorial and cleaning products in the UK. They are a wholly owned division of a FTSE 100 company which successfully operates in 26 countries throughout the world.

They currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Branch Manager to join their already successful team at their Plymouth branch.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful operation of the branch; achieving sales and net bottom line targets whilst retaining control of operating costs. It is also of course crucial that within this framework, the very highest level of service is delivered to their loyal existing customer base. Furthermore, through your strategic input and guidance, you will play a key role in driving the acquisition of new customers to the branch.

You will be expected to carry out regular review meetings and lead training with the branch staff to ensure that branch KPI’s are met, as well as ensuring that processes are in place to effectively handle customer orders, manage the stock profile and delivery service.

In order to be successful in this role, candidates must have previous experience of a sales role and have a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets both personally and through the motivation of your team.

You will ideally have experience of managing a team of people and personal experience within sales.

This role also requires the successful candidate to hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
