The Job
Randstad Education are currently assisting Secondary Schools in Cheshire West & Chester with longer term Science teaching roles for after the Summer holidays in September 2015. Whether you are a Physics, Biology or Chemistry, we have a selection of full and part time teaching and support roles coming up for this time, so whatever you are looking for we would love to hear from you.
You will need to have a track record of raising attainment levels of Science results and have excellent classroom management skills.
The School
In this case, there will be opportunities in Schools across Cheshire West & Chester including areas such as Ellesmere Port, Neston and Chester. Schools will be Secondary Schools and Academies.
Schools will all vary slightly from one another so we will endeavour to place you with a School that best match your experiences abilities and location.
The Child
The children that you are working with will be aged between 11 and 16 working at key stage 3 and 4 level towards completing their GCSE's at the end of their Secondary school time. Students will have a variety of abilities and behaviours so the skill and flexibility to adapt your teaching will be essential for this kind of role.
If you do happen to have experience or interest in working with students with special educational needs, this would be desirable but not essential for the roles.
