Experienced outbound Tele Account Manager required for an expanding sales and marketing company. Our clients have just won some new contracts and require experienced sales professionals to deliver to join their existing sales team.
Job Description
Calls will be made to independent pubs and clubs. Many of these will be existing occasional or regular customers (of the client we represent), so your objective will be to maximise repeat orders for products already stocked as well as expanding the product lines they stock from our existing portfolio.
The products are a market leading range of cask ales, and other alcoholic drinks.
Tele Account Managers are aligned to work with Field Reps therefore the ability to demonstrate good communication skills, and team working practices are a must. There will also be a requirement from time to time to carry out telemarketing surveys of independent businesses to add data to QSMP’s’ databases or identify leads for other sales personnel to follow up.
As you will be taking verbal orders over the phone your calls will be recorded.
Our client’s office staff numbers are small, flexibility is important as well as tenacity.
Candidates:
- Experience at carrying out outbound telesales
- Friendly, personable and professional sales approach required

- Understand business to business sales
- Comfortable selling alcoholic drinks
- Experience within the hospitality industry an advantage, however full market and product training will be provided

Full time position: 37.5 hrs a week approx 9-30 to 6.00 but hrs may be slightly negotiable
