Working within the Flight Support Division you’ll join us as a HR Graduate Trainee and develop skills in all areas, from administration to customer service and employment law.

The hands-on business training includes:

> Administration Skills: Processing new starter paperwork, changes of terms and conditions & leavers in line with company policy and legislation requirements
> Discipline & Grievance Skills: Shadowing the HR Business Partners to gain an understanding of the discipline and grievance procedure
> Recruitment & Selection: Learn the cycle of the recruitment process and the requirements for complying with company policy and legislation
> Customer Service: Taking queries, handling internal and external customer enquiries, problem solving.
> Policy Production: Production of policies in line with legislation
> Payroll Management: Processing the payroll on line with company policy and statutory requirements
> People Management Skills: Leadership, training, mentoring, people skills and soft skills, and looking at the big picture.
> Business management: cost control, profits, growth, account management, employee development.

Career Progression:

You’ll start off as a HR trainee and in as little as twelve months, you could move up to a HR Advisor. From there, in your next one to two years, you’ll continue your training and you could become an HR Manager and beyond.

Although the position is based at Luton the ideal candidate will be required to travel to Heathrow as and when requested.
