Our client a long standing family run business are looking to recruit a forward thinking Production Manager to join their growing team. Duties will include management of the hygiene team, responsibility for compliance issues, allocation of resources, management of staff and related issues and liaising with dispatch and transport.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a production environment, ideally within the food sector, be a skilled manager and communicator at all levels. In addition you will have high attention to detail, have the abiltiy to motivate and improve processes and a full UK driving licence is essential.
In return the company offers a competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience, 28 days holiday, pension scheme, life insurance and free parking
