International Manufacturer Payroll supervisor / Solihull / Full payroll responsibilities / Excellent opportunity

A leading international car manufacturer is expanding its Solihull site and in response a new vacancy has been created in the payroll department. The payroll supervisor will be responsible for managing a small team of payroll officers and administrators, within a larger payroll team and will ensure the timely running of the various payrolls including weekly and monthly payrolls. The role is interesting and varied and requires a confident payroll supervisor who can deal with queries, run payrolls to deadlines and effectively manage and motivate a small team.

Skills and Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years experience running payrolls within a large company environment
  • some supervisory experience
  • able to perform manual payroll calculations when required
  • up to date with current payroll legislation
  • preferably have a payroll qualification (preferred but not a pre-requisite)
