What does the role entail?

You will be proactively sourcing and contacting potential clients and using your sales and networking skills to find them top calibre candidates to meet their needs. This is a heavily client facing role and you will be responsible for the entire interview process - screening candidates, selling candidates to clients, providing feedback and negotiating for the best deal. In a typical day you may go from handpicking and interviewing a potential candidate to negotiating a deal with one of the largest technology firms in the world.
