Escape Accountancy and Finance's client is a global, market leading organisation. A new opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join their company based in West Lothian.

Duties will include:

  • Processing sales invoices and agreeing prices
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Responsible for petty cash
  • General admin and reception duties including preparing rooms for meetings, ordering refreshments, filing and greeting visitors

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience of admin and invoice processing
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
