KFTRA is at an exciting point in its development. Building on its roots as a tenant-led federation of around 80 tenants/residents associations, KFTRA is broadening its remit to work with more individuals and a wider range of community groups. This post is funded by Community Partnerships.

We need A part-time community development fieldworker 

Three days a week

Salary: SO1 £25,440 - £27,123 (pro-rata)

You will cover the rural district of South Kirklees supporting and developing community-led groups and individuals to build stronger and more capable communities.

You must be a good communicator and be passionate about and skilled in empowering community-led groups and individuals. You will need your own transport. Hours are flexible but will include some evenings.
