An exciting opportunity has now arisen at our client’s Head Office in Cowley, Oxford for a Payroll Advisor; so if you feel you have the necessary skills then they would love to hear from you!  They are happy to consider either full or part time candidates.

In the Payroll Advisor role you will be responsible for the day to day management of payroll activities supporting over 5,000 monthly paid employees.

You will support the Payroll Manager in delivering an efficient Payroll service to all Managers and employees within the company and will ensure administrative processes are undertaken effectively and accurately.  In addition, you will assist in the efficient processing of the monthly Payroll.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience of HR, Payroll and Self Service Systems, along with extensive Payroll knowledge, with the ability to run the Payroll from start to finish.

Experience of a computerised Payroll environment would be an advantage but this is not essential as training will be given. Experience of CorePay coupled with a CIPP qualification would be beneficial.

Good MS Office knowledge and intermediate to advanced Excel skills are also essential.
