2nd Line Support Engineer
A reputed UK-based company who is growing their technical team is looking for experienced and well qualified 2nd Line Support Engineers to join its team.
Our client offers a wide range of IT Infrastructure, Networking and IT support services to a diverse client base. As a 2nd Line Support Engineer your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Providing 2nd Line Support through telephone
- Resolving and escalating technical problems according to SLA's
- Working as part of the escalation team supporting the 1st Line of Support Engineers in resolving customer issues
- Diagnose and resolve issues to customer satisfaction
- Work as subject matter expert
- Ensuring continual service improvement through the identification and implementation of solutions for
The right 2nd Line Support Engineer will have:
- Previous experience working in a phone-based support position resolving/escalating customer issues within SLA's
- Previous technical support experience in Windows Vista and MS Office
- Basic knowledge of networking, Windows Server and Active Directory admin
