Recruitment Consultant - Risk - Hot Desk

Overview of Role

We are looking for an experienced Risk Recruitment Consultant to join our highly successful Risk offering within FS/Banking.

The Risk team has a well established presence in the London market and therefore provides an existing client base to actively recruit for and to develop business with.

As a Consultant you will take responsibility for active account management, delivery in to our existing accounts and managing the full recruitment life cycle process.

Key Responsibilities

• To develop and build a dual (contract and perm) recruitment desk

• Focus on active account management across our clients, ensuring we identify and meet with existing and new Hiring Managers and get heads up on roles being released

• Managing and delivering full life cycle recruitment across your own roles/accounts

• Assisting with the client management and candidate delivery on existing accounts

• Other business development activities to include, generating and following up on leads, developing sponsors/coaches within accounts

• Growing and establishing a candidate database

• Delivering to set financial and performance targets

Key experience/skills

• Previous experience of working in a 360 degree Risk desk

• Excellent client and candidate management skills, along with the ability to build strong relationships

• Recruitment delivery experience

• Proven ability to meet and exceed financial sales targets
