Our client is a successful and well established inbound tour operator with offices around the globe, who are now seeking an experienced Inbound Supervisor to join their busy contracting department. The experienced supervisor shall be leading a team of inbound consultants, training, This successful inbound tour company are looking for a confident, positive inbound supervisor who thrives on challenges, can work calmly and professionally with a passion for travel. The inbound supervisor shall be managing the team and overseeing your own portfolio of key accounts, providing the highest level of customer care, ensuring all client requests are responded to effectively and making sure group enquiries, quotations and bookings are administrated in line with company procedures. You shall drive and monitor the team, offering strong support and training where required.

You shall also be using your communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with hotels. It's imperative for this position that the inbound supervisor speaks a second European language such as French, Italian or German with experience in group travel, negotiation and supervisory experience, who is confident with a 'can do' attitude. Our client is looking for someone with dedication and commitment with good attention to detail and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
