An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Developer with at least 1 years commercial experience to work for an award winning software house based in Brighton. Our client are experiencing huge success and steady growth due to long term business wins.
This is a brand new role will which will see you providing varied technical support on a range of software issues. You will liaise heavily with the development team regarding proposed solutions to software fixes. Bug fixing is an essential part of this role so we would need someone with this experience. This position is ideal for a candidate looking to move from a support focused role into more of a development role and someone who wants to progress their programming skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a catalogue of approved repairs
* Responsible for the support and maintenance of the live code-base and branching structure of all customer live releases.
* Responsible for ensuring that all modifications to the live system are acknowledged and repaired in any subsequent releases by managing version control.
* Full maintenance of customer data.
Key Requirements:
* Min. 1 year's experience in a similar role (very possibly significantly more)
* Excellent communication skills
* Bug Fixing
* Exposure to ASP.NET/C# based environment
