Software Developer required to join my client a leading FTSE 250 company in Gateshead. As a Software Developer you will be working on a high profile UK Security Project. As a part of their Software Development Team you will design, develop and maintain business critical applications, resolve extremely complex single or cross technology incidents using C#, WCF and SQL Server.
You will liaise with the testing and operational teams to ensure smooth migration of code and produce relevant documentation as required. You will also be required to design and execute unit tests for your developed code.
Required Skills:

- Object Oriented Practices and Design Patterns
- SQL Server
- T-SQL
- WCF and XML
- Source Control (GIT, SVN)
- C++ (Desirable but not essential)
This is a very high profile exciting project to work on and as such it is an excellent time to join my client. My client also offer an excellent benefits package including 26 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Double Matched Pension, Private Medical Insurance and Life Insurance (4x salary) as well as a salary of up to GBP42K depending on experience.
