Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join their client who are a Global Leading Manufacturer based in Wiltshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a Global Organisation.
Essential skills include:
*Troubleshoot of in-house software and hardware such as blackberry's, iPhone, iPads, Laptops and Printers
*Troubleshoot basic network issues such as ADSL broadband issues
*Basic AD tasks
*VPN
*Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS Firewalls.
*Office
*Windows Server
*Windows Exchange
*Wireless Network (ideally Cisco Wireless Networking)
*Avaya telephone
