PA (with telephone receptionist experience) - Immediate Start - 6 week contract
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experience PA to join a well known construction and engineering company in our Bristol offices. This is a 6 week temporary contract where you will be expected to cover telephone receptionist work for 1 week. PA cover will start from 08/06/2015 - 29/06/2015. The successful candidate will be happy to take on telephone receptionist work as well as PA to two directors.
Key Responsibilites, duties & experience:
Telephone Receptionst -
- Answering a busy switchboard
- Meet and greet of all guests
- Booking of internal meeting rooms
- Making travel arrangements
- General receptionist experience
- Previous switchboard and receptionist experience
PA -
- Answering emails
- Diary management
- Arranging meetings (mainly internal)
- Previous experience in a PA role, particularly in diary management
- Highly organised and ALE to work at their own initiative
- Strong communications and influencing skills
