Job Title: Showroom Manager
Reporting to: Group Sales Manager
Full Time 40 hours pw which will include weekend working.
Salary: Negotiable – plus a bonus scheme.
The Company:
Bathshop321.com is a lively expanding business selling bathroom products through a variety of sources. We have two showrooms in the North West and are looking for a new Showroom Manager for our Cheshire store, established a little over 2 years ago, just outside Handforth/Cheadle.
Position Overview and Objectives:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Cheshire showroom, you will work with the Group Sales Manager to ensure that the showroom operates in an efficient and profitable way in line with company guidelines.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Liaising with Customers in store and over the telephone and Internet to maximize sales opportunities.
Ensure monthly sales targets are reached or surpassed
Developing sales opportunities for new, lapsed and existing customers
Communicating and negotiating with customers and traders to secure the most profitable quotes and ongoing business
Ensure the overall cleanliness of the store is upheld and is in line with health and safety requirements
Ensure the efficient and correct maintenance of internal procedures including managing returns, displays, customer complaints and general queries
Manage the full fitting service in partnership with preferred suppliers
Work with the Sales Director to make sure that displays take account of customer demand, trends and profitability
Person Profile:
You will be target driven
Enthusiastic and helpful – you will be willing to support customers throughout the buying process
Knowledge of bathroom products
Skills and Competencies:
Commercial acumen
Experience dealing with a CMS/ Magento based website
Excellent IT Skills
Good numeracy and written and spoken English
Confident, outgoing personality.
Well presented/Smart appearance.
Excellent telephone manner.
Ability to work as part of a team or under your own initiative.
