The Two Brewers, Shoreham, Sevenoaks are currently looking to expand their team.

A little about us... The Two Brewers is an independent family run restaurant set in the idyllic surroundings of Shoreham village, Sevenoaks. The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, between us all we hope we do an excellent job in creating a warm, friendly environment, we give huge credit to our current staff; they have helped us make the restaurant what it is today. We have recently been voted Sevenoaks District 'top pub for grub' by TripAdvisor in our local paper, which was a wonderful surprise. We are very proud of this marvellous achievement and thank our brilliant staff who helped us to accomplish this.

We are very proud of our menu Two Brewers, which is full of fresh seasonal ingredients, that are prepared on site. Also perhaps most importantly, we source local produce. We truly believe that good fresh food is worth the wait. Absolutely everything on our menu is home-made, and prepared on site. Fresh home-made meals are very important to us, we strive to insure each customer receives a delicious meal. We are looking to recruit and extend our kitchen team, to expand our preparations and service of traditional British style hearty meals, our restaurant serves 55 covers.

We have a full-time permenant position available for a keen, motivated sous chef who has a genuine passion for fresh food, with a creative flare. Our salary is negotiable depending on experience.

The full-time position available - (45 hours per week - Wednesday - Sunday). Wednesday - Friday 10am - 3pm & 6 - 10pm, Saturday 10am - 4pm & 6.30pm - 10.30pm, Sunday 9am - 5pm.

Due to our location and shift pattern, (the sous chef position will be a split shift) any applicant would need to organise transport, unfortunately the train/bus service is not reliable.
