The Role & The Person...

My client is in need of a bright, talented and charismatic Account Executive to work at their head offices in Lancaster.
You will work alongside your Account Director and a team of other Account executives and Account Managers. You will be personable and ambitious with experience of building client relationships.

This is an exciting role that encompasses account management, business development, building client relationships, and marketing. The role has enormous potential, and it is the role holder’s mission to ensure that clients, colleagues and partners are happy by providing excellent advice and service at all times.

Essential Skills & Experience...
  • Excellent communication skills

  • The ability to prioritise appropriately and plan your working day
  • Commercial awareness and experience of working is a commercial environment
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to produce quality written proposals
  • The application of charisma and personality when communicating with your clients
  • 1+ years experience of working in key account management or similar industry
Specific Responsibilities
  • The Account Executive fulfils an important, multi-functional role working closely with the Account Manager, Account Director and the Project Manager in your team
  • Writing contact reports from client meetings and executing the action points
  • Providing at least quarterly reports for each of your clients
  • Assisting the account management team in generating revenue growth of individual clients and as a result the growth of the company
  • Winning new business from our clients to meet the company’s overall financial targets
  • Supporting the Account Director and Account Manager with any work needed for key clients
  • Liaise with the Project Managers in order to plan, price and prioritise new projects
  • Ensuring good communication is maintained with the clients at all times
  • The application of good old-fashioned common-sense to projects, ideas and general discussions
