GBP30,000 to GBP35,000 per annum, Surbiton

My client is searching for a Deputy Head of Care who can assist the head of care in an OFSTED outstanding school in Surrey. The school is dealing with children and young people with learning disabilities and special educational needs (SEN), Most students are on the autistic Spectrum. This means you will have a varied role which will allow you to enhance your skills and progress.

The Deputy Head of Care will assist the running a residential unit which has achieved a outstanding Ofsted report in their last inspection. You will manage the staff and ensure that the home is fully compliant with the Ofsted regulations.

Please apply for this role if you have management experience within a residential setting. You must also have experience in working with children with learning disabilities and autism and a relevant management qualification.

**NVQ level 4 or higher

**Car driver desirable due to location

**5 Years experience of working and managing in a childrens residential setting
