Welsh Gymnastics are looking for a dynamic and innovative individual to join the team and build on the success of the Governing Body. The post-holder will be responsible for developing, growing and sustaining gymnastics in South East Wales. The role will deliver the Welsh Gymnastics Vision and support the existing successes in the area.

The role will include the following key tasks:

  • Sustaining and developing gymnastics in the South East
  • Work with Gymnastics Clubs, Local Authorities and other partners to grow gymnastics participation in the area
  • Support club with business development
  • Secure funding from different sources to support and sustain gymnastics
  • Deliver local initiatives/competition to increase the quality of the provision
  • Support the development of the workforce
  • Data collection to track improvement
  • Support the development of clubs using materials such as Gymmark, Insport, A-Z
  • Work as part of the successful development team to achieve the Vision for Welsh Gymnastics

 

The position would ideally be based in Cardiff, however there is flexibility
