At our Swisslog office in Redditch, UK the international IT Application Services Team is looking for an IT Application Manager to join their already successful team.
Your Tasks as our IT Application Manager:
- You will enhance the IT Application Services team by performing the following tasks:
- Provide business support for various business applications, like CRM, ALM,
- HR recruiting in an analytical, service oriented and user focused way
- Operate, support and enhance worldwide used applications to address business needs
- Interact with Key Users, external partners and our IT outsourcing partner
- Take ownership to fulfil promised service levels as defined/agreed in service level KPIs
- Team up with stakeholders and key users in the regions.
The ideal IT Application manager profile:
- Business Application knowhow, preferably in CRM (Salesforce, Saleslogix) and/or ALM (Polarion) with operational experience (2 years)
- Hands-on system engineering knowhow (e.g. MCSE)
- Experience in Application Services/Support (ITIL)
- Team player with a strong customer and service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
