Graduate Specification

We are looking for a nurturing and eager Business Studies or ICT graduate who has achieved, or is on track to achieving at least a 2:1. You will have the skills to display an extensive understanding of the curriculum and clearly explain difficult topics to pupils of all ability. As a Business Studies & ICT Teaching Assistant, you will have unrivalled communication skills that enable you to quickly develop relationships teachers, pupils and parents.

The Business Studies & ICT Teaching Assistant Role

In this Business Studies & ICT Teaching Assistant post you will be spending most of your working day within the school's focused Business Studies Department, working with KS3, KS4 and KS5. Part of your role as a Business Studies & ICT Teaching Assistant will include contributing your time and ideas to the many extracurricular activities put on by the teachers. You will be working with pupils who speak ‘English as an Additional Language’ and if you impress during your time at this East London secondary, you could be awarded a School Direct 2016 place.
