We're growing again! Once more looking to add to our squad of professional technicians, delivering our exceptional repair standards that go hand in hand with the first class customer service that AutoRestore?? are renowned for.
AutoRestore?? is the largest mobile body repair group in the UK and the only company that offers coverage to the whole of the country. AutoRestore?? is an integrated fixed and mobile business that repairs most vehicle damage, using industry leading equipment and materials, in a day or less. We have eight fixed sites across the Midlands and a national mobile repair team that covers Great Britain. Formed in 2001, we are part of the same family as Autoglass??. Our parent company, Belron??, is the world's largest vehicle glass repair and replacement company and acknowledged expert in mobile service.
All of this of course via our innovative Mobile Bodyshop, direct to the customer at a time and place of their choosing. This is not a smart repair role, we take on all types of wonderful repairs... but nothing structural - we'll leave that to the experts in our fixed site bodyshops.
As an AutoRestore?? Mobile Bodyshop Technician you will undertake body repair work (end to end) on all makes and models of accident damaged vehicles. You will be required to undertake repairs in the form of Panel Beating, Paint Spraying, Plastic Repair and Strip & Fit, in accordance with PAS 125 standards in order to ensure our customers expectations are not only met but exceeded from start to finish.
The successful candidate will come from a bodyshop, accident repair centre or dealership background and have experience in paint spraying, panel beating and stripping/fitting. To be considered, you will be experienced in vehicle repair techniques and have the ability to communicate with customers both face-to-face and over the telephone. Industry recognised qualifications such as ATA/NVQ/City & Guilds are desirable, however are not an essential requirement of the post. Experience in Flatliner or other specialist tools would be advantageous, but again, this is not essential.
Salary - Up to 40k OTE
Hours - 45 hours per week Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays
Company Benefits:
Company van and fuel card with the option for personal use, company owned phone/PDA uncapped bonus scheme, company pension scheme, ongoing training and development and the opportunity for career progression.
Our efficient training team will put you through your ATA examination during your induction!
