Currently, we have vacancies for experienced, high calibre Social Workers to work with families and their children. You will be have experience in Child Protection and Child in Need work and ideally will have knowledge/experience of working within the PLO framework. OFSTED described Enfield social work teams as highly motivated with manageable caseloads, allowing time for workers to get to know children and protect them effectively. Managers and staff are passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people. Continued investment in high quality training and support to staff has resulted in excellent workforce retention. You will have a Degree in Social Work ( minimum Upper Second , essential if classified ) or equivalent and must be HCPC registered. (Note: for Senior Social Work appointments (level 3) a minimum two years post-qualifying experience of statutory social work with children and families is an essential requirement.)
