Service Management Analyst
Our client, a highly prestigious global organisation based in Somerset have just released an exciting new opportunity and are looking to bring on-board a Service Management Analyst
The primary role of the Service Management Analyst is to create standardised reports relating to services provided, and for ensuring incidents and problems are properly analysed and understood with regard to trends and root causes then effectively communicating the results of your analysis to Service Managers and the wider service delivery community.
To be considered for this role, you must have:

2+ years of experience in a Service Centre environment
-
ITIL awareness
-
MS Office - Advanced in databases
-
Ability to work collaboratively and meet tight deadlines
-
Ability to produce valuable insight and reporting to technical and non-technical audiences
-
High level of accuracy
-
Understanding of complex IT environments, in depth knowledge of service reporting
-
Awareness of the ITSM Reporting environment (eg applicable server & desktop operating systems, systems management software, programming languages)
