We are a growing Self-Storage brand with several sites across the UK. We have modern purpose built stores with extensive security and 24 hour access available. Our aim is to make life for our customers easy by providing a top level of service at no extra cost. 

Note: the successful candidate will hold the in-house title of Store Coordinator

The Store Coordinator Opportunity:

The Store Coordinator reports to the Manager and will be required to assist them on a daily basis. You would be expected to play a key role to maximise sales and increase occupancy within the store through implementation of plans to achieve agreed targets. 

In tandem, you would also be required to:

> Take responsibility for organising and carry out work for self, 
> Managing information, decision making, planning and prioritising 
> Identify and communicate ways to improve the business
> Be aware of planned marketing activities and contribute to that plan 
> Deal with customer complaints within Company guidelines

What we are looking for:

> A sales background as well as strong customer service skills 
> Ability to work as part of a team
> Good numerical understanding GCSE equivalent in Maths and English
> PC literacy

The role also requires some weekend working

You may have worked in the following capacities:
Store Sales Advisor, Retail Sales Associate, Store Sales / Customer Service Advisor, Self-Storage Sales Representative
