About the Business

Located in Eastern Green in Coventry, sitting in a large housing estate, 5 minutes from M6, A45 and local train station

We are a recent acquisition to Horse, opening just over a year ago. Very family orientated due to the large in door play area. We have Sky Sports and have a large regular trade base.
Currently turning over GBP21,000 per week with a split of 60:40 wet

Your Key Responsibilities will be to manage the opening and closing of the kitchen, prepare, cook and present food to company specification, keep the kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic at all times, maintain accurate food ordering and stocking levels, including kitchen materials, manage all kitchen - related office administration and third-party contractors, assist in delivering financial targets set for the house, manage wastage and train and develop staff.
