As one of the UK’s leading providers of Radiology reporting services this vibrant and rapidly growing provider of clinical services, founded in 2004 and currently employing around 60 people with over 160 professional service providers (radiologists), are doubling each year and therefore investing heavily in people and infrastructure. As a group they deliver safe, secure, UK-based teleradiology services to over 50% of the NHS and healthcare organisations, delivering in excess of 1 million reports a year.
They have now created an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join the team to target and engage UK based consultant radiologists in order to promote the Group and then manage all stages of the recruitment sourcing process before passing it to the in-house recruitment team.
IN-HOUSE RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT
SALARY: £NEG depending on experience
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week, with the possibility of flexible working
LOCATION: You should live within reasonable distance of the office in Hastings, East Sussex, and could be living anywhere in the surrounding area, including; Bexhill, Battle, Eastbourne, Hawkhurst, Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
As this role requires you to attending exhibitions and meetings throughout the UK, you must be prepared to stay away overnight when needed and having your own transport is preferred but is not essential.
Working within the existing Marketing team, guided by marketing on content and messaging, you will target and engage with UK based consultant radiologists in order to promote the group, and then manage all stages of the recruitment sourcing process before passing it to the in-house HR / recruitment team.
Your role and responsibilities will include:
* Utilising all available resources, including social media, radiologist databases, etc. to help build, maintain and develop a talent pool of potential/target radiologists.
* Identify, explore, track and highlight opportunities for sourcing (advertising streams, exhibitions, events etc).
* Attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions, to engage with prospective candidates and build relationships with key prospects.
* Co-ordinating and managing recruitment campaigns from inception to successful completion.
* Working cross-departmentally to ensure that interested Radiologists are provided with regular contact, consultations and feedback ensuring a conversion of interest into real commitment.
You will probably be educated to degree level, ideally in a business or science discipline, and have recruitment experience and/or a strong sales background.
You must have exceptional communications skills, both face-to-face and via phone, and not just be able to engage with prospective candidates in a credible, professional manner, but influence them and ‘sell’ the benefits of working for the company.
Strong organisational and presentation skills, should be complemented by a pro-active, innovate and creative approach to problem solving and a determination to overcome the challenge of recruiting the very best talent.
You may currently be working within recruitment or sales, possibly as a Recruitment Resourcer, Recruitment Consultant, Trainee Consultant, Candidate Resourcer, In-House Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sales Executive, or similar
