Sales & Events Manager – London - £20,000 to £23,000 + Bonus
Grand Union are looking for a pro-active Sales & Events Manager to join the team. We are looking for someone outgoing and target driven. The position is full time and covers two of the Grand Union venues.
We are looking for someone to fulfil the below:

Working and reporting directly with Head of Sales & Marketing.

Work alongside the General Manager on a daily basis to build the business’s needs and to promote the venue

To agree mutually agreed KPIs for calls, appointments and overall activity
-
To stay fully updated on market trends and conditions
-
To gain a good knowledge of other venues and maintain good working relationships with colleagues.

Attend all group sales meetings

To work as part of a team and lead by example

To provide updated forecasts within the timeline, in conjunction with your General Manager

To ensure website content and e-shot calendar is managed and updated, venue specific
-
To plan, organise and attend promotional events
-
To represent the company in a professional manner at all times in your behaviour, appearance and knowledge

Monitor and respond to customer feedback
