One of our client schools based in South London is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced English teacher to join an already thriving faculty.
Teaching as an English teacher at this 11-16 mixed comprehensive you will have a split timetable between Key Stage 3 and 4, teaching streamed sets at Key Stage 4.
The successfully appointed English teacher will join a supportive team of dynamic teachers who have considerably improved results over the last two academic years. We are seeking a motivated and innovative English teacher who has the ability to complement the progress that has already been achieved.
The ideal candidate should:
* Have over 2 years experience teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 as a qualified English Teacher and thus be thoroughly familiar with the National Curriculum.
* Be able to commit to a full time position in the long term with a view to permanency
* Have a proven track record of adding value to their students.
* Already be a confident and enthusiastic English teacher with the initiative to facilitate the progression of this flourishing department.
