Training Manager - Telecoms - London
Training Manager to join an award winning B2B telecoms organisation who are looking to build on their success into 2015. You will be responsible for assessing the training needs and delivering training programmes across the customer services team, support team leaders, support specialists and customer services managers. You will have ownership of the training plan for the customer services division and delivering the courses in group, one to one and E-learning formats. A key part of your role will be interacting with the global L&D team.
You must have the following experience and qualifications:
- 3+ years of customer service skills training experience with at least 7 years overall customer service industry experience.
- Experience in the creation and implementation of customer service skills training programmes.
- Strong telecoms or technology focused background is essential.
- Ability to act independently in day to day management of the training portfolio and internal customers.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
The job role is based in Central London and offers a very generous package with a salary of GBP30,000 - 40,000 + bonus + additional benefits.
