PA to Operational Director

This excellent opportunity is based in Worcester. The organisation you would be working for is based in the Health Sector and has been recently set up to manage the provision of GP services to the population of Worcestershire. Due to these structural changes in the way that health services will be provided, the recently appointed Director of Operations is very keen to appoint an experienced PA keen to work alongside them. The successful candidate must be extremely organised, experienced in improving operational effectiveness within the team, take initiative in implementing efficiency improvements where necessary and add value to the work performed by the Operational Director. Due to the projected growth of the company there will be a lot of potential for self development and the experience will add value to any candidates' career development plans. If you have worked within the Health Industry in a private or public capacity, this would of course be an advantage, although not compulsory. This role is as much about drive and motivation as it is a proven track record within this field of expertise. The role will initially be offered as a twelve month contract, but we fully expect the role to be offered on a permanent basis after this initial timescale. Finally, the Operational Director is keen to employ a PA who she can work closely with and build up a strong working relationship. Although the role will be challenging at times, the atmosphere in this newly formed team is friendly and not without a sense of fun.
