Our client is a national company focused on customer relationships. They work with clients to capture their end users opinions and feedback relating to the service they have received.

Job Role – Telephone Researcher

You will…

• Complete customer surveys comprising of 2 simple questions asked over the phone with the data then captured onto the system and the clients CRM system. 
• Be provided with a list of people to call at the beginning of each shift.
• Be required to work 3 hour shifts, 3 or 4 days a week, allowing for this to be an additional job, worked around children or perhaps fitted in around studies.  Flexible working patterns to fit with the service level agreements agreed with our clients.

If you have common sense, take a pride in your work, have the ability to get your head down for each 3 hour shift and make a difference you will fit in with the team.  You will need to enjoy interacting with people and not be frightened of picking up the phone and talking to strangers.  You will have the ability to think on your feet and will have a resilient and tenacious nature. 

Experience is not essential. Training will be given on the technical aspects – how to use the phone, how to capture the data, how to use the systems, the questions you will need to ask. Etc.

What Will You Be Paid? – You will be paid £1 per completed survey or minimum wage, whichever is greater.  If you give minimum output you’ll receive minimum pay.  We would expect hard working individuals to earn around of £10 per hour - The more efficiently you work the better we will pay.
