The opportunity is to work in a fast paced, energetic SALES environment. You will be selling a service to your clients. Therefore it is paramount that you have great communication skills.

You must also have motivation instilled in you and these motivations need to be clear for us to understand. This is because recruitment is not just a job, it is a career and at times it can be tough.

We have gone from a GBP0 to a GBP25 million turn over in just over 10 years. This just shows you how ambitious and hard working we are - so why wouldn't you want to join and contribute to this growing business?

You will be starting as a trainee BUT so did all of our consultants, managers and directors! Yes that's right we are 100% organically grown therefore you do not have to worry about people being hired externally to become your manager.

SmithCorp was founded in 2004 as a single recruitment brand call jjFOX. Since then we have grown and now encompass five recruitment brands, two property offices, a charitable trust and our very own training academy. Our offices are based in Bristol and in Truro.

We really reward you and your hard work; with a great commission structure which allows you to earn a great amount of money; realistically you will be earning GBP25-30K yr1, GBP35-45K yr2 and GBP60K + yr3. Along with this we also give our employees the opportunity to work towards a Skiing trip, a five star summer holiday and a trip to Vegas!
