System Architecture and Integration Consultant

We are currently recruiting for a System Architecture and Implementation Consultant.

System Architecture and Implementation Consultant is required for a large and reputable organisation based in Cheltenham. This exciting opportunity offers a varied and challenging opportunity to progress your career within the systems architecture function of the successful organisation.

This position is responsible for the designing and delivery of ICT system design within the security and intelligence domain across different part of the life cycle. You will have practical experience of applying the following architectural processes: EASE, MODAF and TOGA. The role requires excellent communication skills in orders to operate in complex and demanding stakeholder environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in design and delivery of complex systems throughout the whole life cycle and be able to apply system engineering and architecture development methods and tools. You will have an understanding of a range of architecture development approaches and be able to be able to choose the appropriate method and show how it might be able to be tailored for the proposed project. You will also have experience in system life cycle management including sourcing strategy, design, build, test deployment and disposal management. Central government experience particular in security and intelligence would be advantageous. You will have good consulting skills (structured thinking, effective report writing and presentations)

Also a good first class degree and relevant system engineering qualification like INCOSE would help your application.

Strong knowledge and experience of new technology trends and disruptive technologies, including cloud, government ICT strategy, social, big data and digital services.
