Web/Ecommerce/Digital Manager - West London - GBP37,000 - Charity

My client is an animal based charity in West London. They are looking for a Digital Manager to join their friendly, enthusiastic team. You will be part of the Marketing team and manage the implantation, development and maintenance of a complex programme of new developments within the digital horizon.

Objectives:

- Leading the Digital team, motivating and developing staff to achieve their full potential
- Maximising opportunities to develop and track the visitor journey through digital platforms
- Ensuring that the organisation is positively represented through website, email and multimedia.
- Improving the efficiency of websites, systems, and other digital services
- reporting the effectiveness of the overall digital programme ensuring analysis and evaluation is turned into improvements to the digital presence

Essential

- Substantial experience of developing and managing a range of digital channels
- A strong technical skill base including:
- Proficiency in developing websites and experience in working with CRM applications, tailoring and managing content via an integrated CMS for specific audiences
- - knowledge of programming and experience in coding for and building email templates and analysing response to campaigns to increase online engagement
- Substantial experience of organising, developing and managing large and complex digital projects with multiple stakeholders
- Significant experience of using and working with photographic libraries, multimedia software and platforms
- Solid experience in implementing processes for monitoring, analysing and reporting on digital activity
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrable experience in writing for the web, email marketing and supporter engagement purposes and the ability to understand and communicate complex concepts in an effective way
- Excellent organisational capacity with a creative yet solid approach to problem solving and time management
- Portfolio of well-designed on-line work
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability and motivation to deliver high quality work with minimum supervision
