As a Project Manager - Security Products Installation working with well known market leader, you will be responsible for successful Project Management of access control installation and provision of Technical Sales Support.
Additional Responsibilities include:
- Management of installation and service activities including customer liaison, management of contractual obligations, managing sub-contract engineer activity, coordinate the site deliveries of products in line with customer needs
- Problem and account query resolution and support the selling process as required
- Ensure all documentation is adhered to (Risk assessments, method statements, site specific safety policy, CDM regulations)
- Carry out site surveys
You will also be responsible for some technical support, including managing training activities for end users and channel partners, providing 2nd level technical support for channel partners and internally support the sales and customer care teams with technical expertise.
